.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A STRENGTHENING HIGH FAR NORTHWEST OF THE ISLANDS WILL MERGE WITH A
WEAKENING HIGH NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS
WILL RESULT IN TRADES STRENGTHENING TO MODERATE TO STRONG AREA
WIDE BY SUNDAY CONTINUING INTO TUESDAY. THE TRADES WILL EASE OFF
SLIGHTLY WEDNESDAY.
