LIGHT. EXPECT LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS TO BECOME NEARLY CALM IN THE
EARLY AFTERNOON AS A SURFACE RIDGE AXIS MOVES THROUGH. WINDS WILL
THEN SHIFT TO THE SOUTHEAST BY EARLY EVENING. OVERALL WINDS WILL
GENERALLY BE AROUND OR LESS THAN 10 MPH.
