.DISCUSSION...AN APPROACHING SYSTEM EAST OF THE FIRE WILL SPREAD MAINLY
CLOUDS OVER THE FIRE TODAY.  WINDS WILL START OUT LIGHT AND VARIABLE THIS
MORNING THEN INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST THIS AFTERNOON AROUND 1400.  DUE
TO PARTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS AND A SLIGHTLY COOLER AIR MASS MOVING INTO THE AREA
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO BE SLIGHTLY COOLER TODAY COMPARED TO YESTERDAY.
MIN RHS COULD ALSO BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER TODAY.  MIN RHS COULD BRIEFLY DROP BELOW
30% AROUND 1600 THIS AFTERNOON.  SLIGHTLY WARMER AND DRIER CONDITIONS WILL
RETURN TO THE REGION SUNDAY WITH LIGHT WINDS.
