NO RAIN FELL IN OUR BASINS DURING THE PAST 24 AMOUNTS.

LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE WEST OF THE BASINS WITH THE ASSOCIATED WARM FRONT
SPREADING WIDESPREAD RAIN NE. A COLD FRONT WILL THEN SPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE BASINS LATER MONDAY.

DAY ONE QPF IS A TENTH IN EXTREME NORTHEASTERN NEW YORK BASINS INCREASING
TO 1 TO 1.8 INCHES IN OUR VIRGINIA BASINS. DAY TWO IS A QUARTER TO HALF
AN INCH IN WESTERN BASINS INCREASING TO OVER AN INCH IN THE PASSAIC AND
RARITAN BASINS OF NEW JERSEY. DAY THREE IS LESS THAN A TENTH IN THE
NORTHWEST BASINS AND ZERO ELSEWHERE.

SIGNIFICANT IN BANK RISES ARE FORECAST ON MONDAY IN THE JAMES AND POTOMAC
BASINS AND LESSER RISES ELSEWHERE.
