  DELAWARE BAY WATERS NORTH OF EAST POINT NJ TO SLAUGHTER BEACH
  DE...
  DELAWARE BAY WATERS SOUTH OF EAST POINT NJ TO SLAUGHTER BEACH
  DE...

AT 1059 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A GUST FRONT...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS FRONT WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM PEA PATCH ISLAND TO 9 NM SOUTHWEST OF WOODLAND BEACH
TO 28 NM SOUTHWEST OF BOWERS BEACH...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND POSSIBLY LIGHTNING STRIKES ONCE THE THUNDERSTORMS
THAT PRODUCED THE GUST FRONT MOVES CLOSER. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
