* IMPACTS...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES POSSIBLE NEAR
  THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
  FIRES COULD SPREAD VERY QUICKLY DUE TO DRY FUELS...GUSTY WINDS
