* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 TO 25 PERCENT.

* TIMING...AS SKIES CLEAR FROM SOUTH TO NORTH THIS
  AFTERNOON...HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ONCE AGAIN PLUMMET TOWARD
  CRITICAL VALUES. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER BY LATE EVENING
