PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA SOUTH OF THE MINNESOTA RIVER.

  THEN WEST OF A LINE FROM NEW ULM TO FAIRMONT.

* WIND...WEST NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...BETWEEN 22 AND 27 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
