MONTANA WEATHER SUMMARY

AREAS OF RAIN AND SNOW PREVAILED ACROSS THE TREASURE STATE THIS
AFTERNOON...WITH THE HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION FALLING ACROSS PORTIONS
OF NORTHEAST MONTANA.

AT MID AFTERNOON TODAY...TEMPERATURES GENERALLY RANGED FROM THE MID
40S TO THE MID 50S ACROSS THE REGION. KALISPELL WAS ONE OF THE
WARMER LOCATIONS...WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 54 DEGREES...WHILE IT WAS
ONLY 43 DEGREES IN MILES CITY. THE GLASGOW AREA RECEIVED OVER A HALF
INCH OF RAINFALL JUST FROM NOON TODAY.

FOR TONIGHT...EXPECT AREAS OF RAIN AND SNOW TO AFFECT MUCH OF THE
TREASURE STATE. A FEW INCHES OF SNOWFALL ARE POSSIBLE IN SOUTHWEST
MONTANA...WHILE HEAVY RAINFALL IS STILL POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST MONTANA. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM THE
UPPER 20S IN THE WEST TO THE UPPER 30S IN THE EAST.
