MINDANAO ACROSS 4N130E TO A BROAD CIRCULATION CENTERED SOUTH-
SOUTHEAST OF YAP NEAR 7N140E...THEN TURNS SOUTHEASTWARD TO END NEAR
EQ154E. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT EAST OF KOROR TO
SOUTHEAST OF YAP BETWEEN 6N AND 8N FROM 135E TO 140E. CONVERGING
SURFACE WINDS NORTHEAST OF THE TROUGH ARE TRIGGERING SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS SOUTHEAST OF YAP ACROSS CHUUK
STATE WITHIN 100 MILES OF A LINE FROM 5N143E TO 9N148E TO 6N152E.

A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH MOVING THROUGH CHUUK STATE IS GENERATING
