VALLEY...

SURFACE OBSERVATIONS AROUND EDINBURG SOUTH INTO BROWNSVILLE
INDICATE AREAS OF FOG ARE FORMING REDUCING VISIBILITY DOWN TO
LESS THAN HALF A MILE MAINLY IN THE EDINBURG AND WESLACO AREA.
THESE AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL LIKELY PERSIST THROUGH SUNRISE
BEFORE THE WAKE OF THE FRONT ARRIVES INTO THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY
INCREASING NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS.

MOTORIST SHOULD SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND MAINTAIN A
SAFE FOLLOWING DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES THROUGH SUNRISE.
