RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S
THIS AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL NOT BE AS GUSTY AS YESTERDAY,
CONTINUING DRY FUELS PLUS THE RELATIVELY LOW HUMIDITY AND EAST TO
SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL CREATE AN ELEVATED RISK FOR FIRE SPREAD THIS
AFTERNOON.
