LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED TODAY FROM THE WEST THIS MORNING AT 5 TO 10
MPH...TURNING TO THE NORTHEAST BY EARLY AFTERNOON. ON SATURDAY A
COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE BURN AREA IN THE
AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL TURN TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE FRONT AND
INCREASE TO  25 TO 35 MPH THROUGH SUNSET SATURDAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
LEVELS ON SATURDAY WILL FALL TO AROUND 25 PERCENT. SCATTERED LIGHT
RAIN SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AFTERNOON. A WINDY SUNDAY IS
FORECAST WITH NORTHWEST WINDS SUSTAINED NEAR 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
40 MPH. HOWEVER...RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL BE HIGHER SUNDAY
AFTERNOON IN THE 35 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE WITH COOLER HIGH TEMPERATURES
