ON MONDAY...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL COMBINE WITH GUSTY
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS TO POSSIBLY BRING CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS TO THE AREA.

THE STRONGEST WINDS ON MONDAY WILL BE OVER THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY
AREA...WHERE WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
