TO 45 MPH...WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED FROM MINOT...
TO ROLLA AND RUGBY INTO HARVEY AND CARRINGTON. THE STRONG WINDS
WILL MAKE DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES OR WORKING OUTDOORS ON
