APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE STRONG WINDS...COMBINED WITH AFTERNOON
HUMIDITIES AROUND 20 PERCENT WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...AND THE
