.STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE
STRONG WINDS...COMBINED WITH AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES AROUND
20 PERCENT WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS OVER
PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...INTO THE JAMES RIVER
VALLEY. FIRES STARTED UNDER THESE CONDITIONS WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY.
