.DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS TODAY WILL
RESULT IN SOUTH WINDS AROUND 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH FOR
CENTRAL AND EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA. WITH AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES
DROPPING TO AS LOW AS 15 PERCENT...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE UNDERWAY. IF A FIRE SHOULD IGNITE...EXPECT RAPID
