VALUES WILL BE AS LOW AS 15 PERCENT...WHILE SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15
TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED TO START TO SWITCH
NORTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING AS A COLD FRONT
PUSHES INTO THE AREA. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
