AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION...UPDATED
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CORPUS CHRISTI TX
930 PM CDT WED MAY 6 2015

.DISCUSSION...STRONG SUPERCELL WEST OF MAVERICK COUNTY CONTINUES
TO SLIDE SOUTHEAST THIS EVENING...THOUGH MESOANALYSIS INDICATES
THE STORM SHOULD BEGIN TO MOVE EAST OF A HIGHER INSTABILITY AXIS
AND INTO AN AREA OF INCREASING CINH. THUS...AM EXPECTING THIS
STORM TO DIMINISH IN AREAL COVERAGE/INTENSITY BY LATE EVENING.
HOWEVER...HAVE MAINTAINED A SLIGHT CHANCE OF CONVECTION ACROSS NW
WEBB COUNTY TO ACCOUNT FOR POSSIBLE DELAY IN STORM WEAKENING.
OTHERWISE...INHERITED FORECAST REMAINS ON TRACK WITH ONLY MINOR
EDITS MADE TO WIND FORECAST.
