PRODUCE A WESTERLY BREEZE TODAY...TURNING ONSHORE IN A SEA BREEZE
NEAR THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOON. THE DOMINANT WIND FLOW WILL TURN
ONSHORE THURSDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST. MOISTURE WILL SLOWLY RECOVER THROUGH LATE WEEK...BUT ONLY
ISOLATED SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. ANOTHER FRONT
