.SYNOPSIS...A DEVELOPING SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA NORTH OF THE
NORTHWEST BAHAMAS WILL MOVE TO OFFSHORE NORTHEAST FLORIDA BY LATE
OVERNIGHT. A MODERATE TO FRESH NORTHERLY BREEZE WILL PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS SEAS OF 7 TO 9 FEET ACROSS THE OFFSHORE GULF STREAM
WATERS. WINDS WILL WEAKEN AS THEY VEER TO NORTHWEST AND WEST...
BUT A LINGERING SWELL WILL MAINTAIN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS INTO
THURSDAY. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE FROM LATE WEEK THROUGH THIS
WEEKEND AS THE LOW PRESSURE AREA MOVES TO THE CAROLINA COAST. A
WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER SOUTH FLORIDA THROUGH THE
WEEKEND...ALLOWING FOR FAVORABLE WINDS AND SEAS TO DEVELOP ACROSS
THE LOCAL ATLANTIC WATERS.
