.DISCUSSION...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL RIDGE INTO THE FORECAST
AREA FROM THE COAST FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY WITH WARM AND DRY
WEATHER EXPECTED. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ON MONDAY WILL
BE AROUND 35 PERCENT AND SLIGHTLY HIGHER ON TUESDAY AROUND 40
PERCENT. A FEW AREAS WILL HAVE FOG DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS
MONDAY AND TUESDAY. ANY FOG WILL BE MAINLY CONFINED TO LOW-LYING
AREAS NEAR BODIES OF WATER. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE
TONIGHT WITH A SOUTHERLY COMPONENT. WINDS WILL PICK UP AFTER
DAYBREAK MONDAY AT AROUND 5 TO 7 KNOTS.
