.DISCUSSION...FOR THE REST OF TODAY MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES WILL SHOW
A LARGE RANGE WITH AROUND 40 PERCENT FAR WEST WHERE SOME RAIN SHOWERS
ARE TRYING TO OCCUR...AND AS LOW AS 15-20 PERCENT OVER THE INTERIOR
CENTRAL AND EAST. CLOUDS ARE TRYING TO INCREASE OVER CENTRAL UPPER
MICHIGAN...WHICH MAY ALLOW HUMIDITIES TRY TO CLIMB ABOVE 30 PERCENT
BUT NOT UNTIL LATER THIS AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WINDS THUS FAR TODAY
ARE WHERE SKIES HAVE STAYED CLEAR ALL MORNING...IN THE EAST. FOR THOSE
AREAS...GUSTS MAY REACH ABOVE 20 MPH. ELSEWHERE...EXPECT WINDS TO STAY
LESS THAN 15 MPH.
