FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR WEST VIRGINIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CHARLESTON WV
741 PM EDT MON MAY 4 2015

.DISCUSSION...
A WEAKENING FRONT WILL APPROACH FROM NORTHERN OHIO AND WESTERN
PENNSYLVANIA OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. AS A RESULT...CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED
TO INCREASE IN OHIO AND NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA OVERNIGHT...WITH A
FEW SHOWERS POSSIBLE.

THE FRONT IS EXPECTED TO STALL IN THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY
NIGHT. SO THE CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR STORMS IS MENTIONED FOR EASTERN
OHIO AND NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA ON TUESDAY.

THAT FRONT WILL HEAD BACK NORTH WEDNESDAY...WITH ANOTHER ROUND OF
AFTERNOON SHOWERS OR STORMS. THE BEST CHANCE OF THIS IS ACROSS
NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...AND DOWN THE SPINE OF THE APPALACHIANS.

AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL BRING WARM WEATHER THROUGH THE END OF THE
WEEK. THERE COULD BE ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSHOWERS...MAINLY
ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS.
