MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE LOWER
TRANS PECOS. A STORM OR TWO MAY BE MARGINALLY SEVERE WITH HAIL AND
STRONG GUSTY WINDS.

FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...THE FIRE DANGER
WILL BE HIGH TO VERY HIGH AND A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 7 PM MDT.
