NEAR 13N134E WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 150 MPH AND MOVING
WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 9 MPH. HEAVY RAIN AND SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONCENTRATED WITHIN 160 MILES OF THE CENTER.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING FARTHER
OUT FROM THE CENTER BETWEEN 8N AND 17N FROM 132E TO 137E. FOR
