ALONG AND UP TO 200 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE BOUNDARY.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH EXTENDS EAST-NORTHEASTWARD FROM SOUTH OF
MINDANAO ACROSS 4N130E TO A BROAD CIRCULATION CENTERED NEAR YAP NEAR
8N139E...THEN TURNS SOUTHEASTWARD TO END NEAR EQ152E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT JUST NORTH OF YAP
BETWEEN 10N AND 12N FROM 137E TO 140E. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
FOUND NEAR KOROR WITHIN 100 MILES OF A LINE FROM 5N133E TO
10N137E...AND FARTHER EAST-SOUTHEAST OF YAP BETWEEN 5N AND 9N FROM
141E TO 147E.

EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH A WEAK
SURFACE TROUGH ARE PRESENT BETWEEN THE MARIANAS AND CHUUK BETWEEN 8N
AND 15N FROM 147E TO 155E.

LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS NEAR KOSRAE AND NORTH OF POHNPEI WITHIN 100 MILES OF A
LINE FROM 13N157E TO 11N162E TO 6N163E...AND NORTH OF KWAJALEIN AND
MAJURO WITHIN 100 MILES OF A LINE FROM 10N166E TO 9N171E TO 11N178E.
