WEATHER SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
247 PM CDT WED MAY 6 2015

WITH HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY MOVING EAST OF THE QUAD STATE REGION,
SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE HUMIDITY ACROSS THE AREA.

IN ADDITION TO THE HUMIDITY, CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL INCREASE FROM THE WEST...HOLDING OVER SOUTHEAST MISSOURI ON
THURSDAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL GRADUALLY SPREAD EAST AND INCREASE
ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA BEGINNING FRIDAY AND PERSISTING
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. THE BEST CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR LATE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY, WHEN AN INTENSE
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER
MIDWEST.

HIGHS WILL REMAIN IN THE 80S WITH LOWS IN THE 60S THROUGH SUNDAY.
A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH BACK INTO THE 70S WITH LOWS IN THE 50S BY
NEXT MONDAY.
