NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WESTERN COUNTIES STARTING
AS EARLY AS 3 AM SATURDAY...GENERALLY ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE
FROM LINDEN TO MOUNDVILLE TO CORDOVA. THE THREATS INCLUDE
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND POSSIBLY TORNADOES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL ALABAMA ON
SATURDAY....BEGINNING AS EARLY AS 7AM UNTIL 7 PM. ALTHOUGH SEVERE
WEATHER WILL BE POSSIBLE AREAWIDE...THE HIGHEST THREAT AREA IS
ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM HAMILTON...TO BIRMINGHAM...TO
LAFAYETTE. THE THREATS INCLUDE DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND
POSSIBLY TORNADOES.

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT MAY BE NEEDED
FOR MUCH OF SATURDAY.
