VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES EARLY THIS
MORNING. THE FOG WILL GRADUALLY LIFT TOWARD 9 AM. IF YOU ARE
TRAVELING ACROSS THE EASTERN PLAINS THIS MORNING...SLOW DOWN WHEN
ENCOUNTERING FOG AND BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES
AND SLOWER TRAFFIC. MOST OF THE FOG WILL BE ALONG AND EAST OF A
LINE FROM MERINO TO AKRON.
