SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA
DURING THE AFTERNOON. LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID
50S TO LOW 60S IN THE OUTLYING AREAS TO THE LOW TO MID 40S ALONG
THE LAKEFRONT.

A CHANCE FOR SOME LIGHT RAIN EXISTS IN THE EVENING HOURS AND
CONTINUES THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. THE SCENARIO IS SHAPING UP FOR A
SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WIDESPREAD RAINFALL ON SATURDAY...WITH
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH BY SATURDAY NIGHT. THERE IS A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WELL SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
80. HIGHS ON SATURDAY WILL BE COOLER...IN THE MID 40S TO LOW 50S.
SUNDAY WILL BE DRY WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE OUTLYING AREAS IN THE
MID TO UPPER 50S TO THE MID 40S TO LOW 50S ALONG THE LAKEFRONT.
