MONDAY. A 29.2 INCH LOW WILL MOVE THROUGH THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
MONDAY BEFORE REACHING JAMES BAY BY TUESDAY...WHERE IT WILL THEN
SPIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
