SCOTIA TODAY BEFORE FINALLY MOVING FARTHER OUT TO SEA BY WEDNESDAY
MORNING. MEANWHILE A 30.3 INCH HIGH OVER NORTHWEST ONTARIO WILL
BUILD TO LAKE SUPERIOR TODAY AND GRADUALLY BROADENING ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY AND LOWER LAKES BY THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. THEN A 29.2
INCH LOW IS FORECAST TO FORM NEAR THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON
THURSDAY AND TRACK OFF INTO THE ATLANTIC ON FRIDAY.
