FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 30.1 INCH HIGH WILL DRIFT OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST THIS AFTERNOON. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE LAKE
TONIGHT BEFORE STALLING OVER NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA TUESDAY.
MEANWHILE A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD FROM THE UPPER LAKES TUESDAY
TO THE LOWER LAKES BY WEDNESDAY BEFORE DRIFTING OFF THE SOUTHERN
NEW ENGLAND COAST THURSDAY. THIS HIGH WILL THEN REMAIN IN PLACE
JUST EAST OF THE MID ATLANTIC STATES FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
