AT 649 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED. OVER
THE PAST HOUR...BETWEEN HALF AN INCH AND ONE INCH OF RAIN FELL. THIS
IS IN ADDITION TO THE 2 INCHES RECEIVED EARLIER IN THE DAY.
