MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

EASTERLY WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND
30 PERCENT WILL CREATE VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER TODAY. HOWEVER...CLOUD
COVER SHOULD BE INCREASING AS THE DAY WEARS ON...AS WELL AS AN
INCREASE IN LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY HEADING INTO
TONIGHT. WETTING RAIN CHANCES INCREASE SUBSTANTIALLY BY LATE THIS
AFTERNOON...AND ON INTO TONIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE
THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING AS WELL.

NORTHWESTERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH WILL
