WITH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING SOUTHEAST THROUGH ONTARIO TO PRODUCE
GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING WAVES LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL START TO DIMINISH...AND WAVES START
TO SUBSIDE...THIS EVENING AS THE STORM PULLS AWAY FROM THE REGION.

* NORTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED FOR THE LATE
  AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS.

* WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET. THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE AT
  THE SOUTH END OF THE BAY AND ON LAKE MICHIGAN SOUTH OF
  KEWAUNEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
