RISES AND DRIER AIR IS BEGINNING TO MIX TO THE SURFACE. PATCHY
DENSE FOG IS PROBABLE NEAR BODIES OF WATERS AND OPEN FIELDS
THROUGH 9 AM HOWEVER WIDESPREAD DENSE IS NOT ANTICIPATED THE
REMAINDER OF THE MORNING.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS CANCELLED THE
DENSE FOG ADVISORY.

FOG IS QUICKLY DISSIPATING WITH VISIBILITIES IMPROVING TO 1 TO 3
MILES OR BETTER. STILL SOME PATCHY AREAS OF FOG MAY BRIEFLY
REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO AROUND ONE HALF MILE OR LESS BUT SHOULD
BE SHORT LIVED.
