THE TRI STATE REGION. WINDS WERE EAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH. AT 4 AM
MDT (5 AM CDT)...TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 43 DEGREES IN FLAGLER
COLORADO TO 48 DEGREES IN GOVE KANSAS.

OUTLOOK... TODAY WILL BE CLOUDY AND MUCH COOLER AS HIGHS ONLY
REACH THE MID 40S TO MID 50S. LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
THIS AFTERNOON WEST OF A STRATTON NEBRASKA TO RUSSELL SPRINGS
KANSAS LINE. EXPECT EAST WINDS AT 10 TO 15 MPH. LIGHT RAIN
CONTINUES TONIGHT INTO MONDAY AS LOWS DROP INTO THE UPPER 30S TO
LOW 40S. DRY CONDITIONS RETURN TO THE REGION BY TUESDAY AS
TEMPERATURES GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK.
