  SOUTHWEST LATER TODAY AFTER A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH AND
  THEN DECREASE THIS EVENING. WAVES WILL BE MAINLY 1 TO 3 FEET.
  THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS FOR THE STRONG WINDS. THE WINDS
  COULD DECREASE SOME JUST BEFORE THE FRONTAL PASSAGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WAVES WILL AVERAGE 4 FEET OR
MORE AND WIND SPEEDS MAY EXCEED 22 KNOTS WHICH WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD STAY IN PORT
OR RETURN TO PORT PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF THESE CONDITIONS.

  SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN DECREASE BY
  DAYBREAK TUESDAY. WAVES IN ICE FREE AREAS WILL BE 1 TO 3 FEET
  BUILDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET TONIGHT. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS FOR
  THE STRONG WINDS. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  WILL NEED TO BE EXTENDED INTO TUESDAY AND MAY BE EVEN LONGER.
