OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN
TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN OFFSHORE WATERS...
A STRONG HIGH FAR NORTHWEST OF THE ISLANDS WILL MERGE WITH A
WEAKENING HIGH NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS OVER THE WEEKEND. THIS WILL
RESULT IN TRADES STRENGTHENING TO MODERATE TO STRONG AREA WIDE BY
SUNDAY AND CONTINUE INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. A SURFACE TROUGH
APPROACHING THE ISLANDS FROM THE WEST WILL CAUSE THE WINDS TO VEER
TO THE SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST WEST OF KAUAI ON WEDNESDAY.
