THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST AND NORTH CENTRAL
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. A STRONG HIGH
PRESSURE RIDGE AND A DRY ATMOSPHERE WILL RESULT IN PLENTY OF
SUNSHINE AND ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA
TODAY. OVERNIGHT...A FEW HIGH CLOUDS MAY BEGIN SPREADING IN FROM
THE WEST AHEAD OF A STORM SYSTEM MOVING DOWN FROM THE PACIFIC
NORTHWEST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

DRY AND WARMER WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY AS AN UPPER
LEVEL RIDGE BUILDS OVER THE REGION. THE NEXT WEATHER DISTURBANCE
AND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS COLORADO THURSDAY EVENING WITH A
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. COOLER TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED FRIDAY BEHIND THE COLD FRONT. THE CHANCES FOR AFTERNOON
AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN CONTINUE FROM FRIDAY THROUGH
NEXT MONDAY.

A STRONGER DISTURBANCE WILL APPROACH COLORADO FROM ARIZONA AND NEW
MEXICO ON TUESDAY WITH HIGHER CHANCES OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH COOLER TEMPERATURES.
