TO CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT
RECOMMENDED TODAY AND RED FLAG WARNINGS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR AREAS
WHERE FUELS ARE REPORTED CRITICAL FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING THROUGH 8
PM THIS EVENING.
