NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE WESTERN UNITED STATES AND BRING
INCREASING CHANCES FOR RAIN TO THE AREA TODAY AND TONIGHT. SOME
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER TODAY OR TONIGHT OVER NORTHEAST
WYOMING AND THE BLACK HILLS WITH 1 TO 4 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION
POSSIBLE.
