THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS MORNING. NORTHWEST
WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WILL OCCUR
BEHIND THE COLD FRONT. THE STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON. THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX WILL BE IN THE VERY HIGH TO
EXTREME CATEGORY FOR THURSDAY.
