...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM CDT FOR
EASTERN CHAMBERS COUNTY...

AT 240 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. OVER FIVE
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED.

SPINDLETOP BAYOU AT STATE HIGHWAY 124 HAS RECEIVED 5.43 INCHES
DURING THIS EVENT. A RAIN GAGE LOCATED 9 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF
STOWELL HAS RECEIVED 2.78 INCHES OF RAINFALL.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
STOWELL...WINNIE AND HANKAMER.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE INCH IS POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.
