.DISCUSSION...A WEAK FRONT WILL PUSH NORTHWARD THROUGH THE AREA
TODAY...INCREASING THE RAIN CHANCES AS IT MOVES THROUGH.  PATCHY
OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING DUE TO HIGH LOW-LEVEL
MOISTURE.

THE INVERSION WILL LIFT SLOWLY BY 10 AM...WITH THE FRONT MOVING
NORTH OF THE AREA BY EARLY AFTERNOON. EASTERLY WINDS DURING THE
MORNING WILL BECOME SOUTHERLY DURING THE AFTERNOON...AT SPEEDS
OF 10 TO 15 MPH NEAR THE SURFACE AND 20 TO 25 MPH IN THE MIXING
LAYER.

MAXIMUM MIXING HEIGHTS TODAY WILL GENERALLY REACH THE 2500 TO
3000 FOOT RANGE.  WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY...MIXING
HEIGHTS WILL CLIMB TO AROUND 5000 FT.  MIN RH VALUES WILL REMAIN
WELL ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS.
