A DEVELOPING SHALLOW MARINE INVERSION WILL BRING AREAS OF DENSE
FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS TO THE COASTAL
WATERS FROM POINT PIEDRAS BLANCAS TO SANTA CRUZ ISLAND. INITIALLY...
MOST OF THE DENSE FOG WILL BE IN THE OUTER WATERS...THEN IT WILL
SPREAD TOWARD THE COAST OVERNIGHT.

MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY CHANGES DOWN
TO ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS.
