.MODERATE TO STRONG EASTERLY FLOW WILL BEGIN TO WEAKEN LATER
TONIGHT AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO
PASSES TO OUR SOUTH. HOWEVER THE LOW WILL DRAG A COLD FRONT
THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS WHICH WILL USHER IN A MODERATE TO
STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW FOR TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
