AT 2 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA...MAINLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. MOST OF THE RAIN AT 2 PM
WAS OVER DELAWARE COUNTY. THIS ACTIVITY WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
35 TO 40 MPH. OTHER SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
DEVELOPING OVER CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...AND WAS MOVING TO THE EAST
NORTHEAST.

THROUGH 4 PM...SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY MAINLY NORTHWEST OF A LINE
FROM MIAMI TO MCALESTER. SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO
BENTON AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES IN ARKANSAS BY 3 PM.
