MORNING...

PATCHY FOG HAS DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA...PRIMARILY
IN AREAS THAT RECEIVED LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN THIS PAST EVENING FROM
LOUISA AND FLUVANNA COUNTIES ON EAST...NORTHEAST THROUGH GOOCHLAND
AND HANOVER INTO CAROLINE COUNTY. PATCHY FOG MAY GRADUALLY SPREAD
A BIT FARTHER SOUTH AND EAST INTO METRO RICHMOND AS WELL. VISIBILITIES
REMAIN QUITE VARIABLE DUE TO THE PATCHY NATURE OF THE FOG...BUT LOCALLY
MAY BE REDUCED TO AROUND ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES THROUGH 7 AM.
